MASTER GARDENER PROGRAM- VOLUNTEER HOURS REPORT 2013

    Activity: For example:Planted a pizza garden with families involved with the Nutrition Connections program in Franklin. Or, prepared and presented a talk on container gardening to a local garden club. Attending an educational event does not count towards volunteer hours).
  • Total Hours: Numbers only! No words. Count all hours you spent preparing, doing the activity and follow-up. Travel hours count. Report increments as a decimal, for example 4.5.

  • Contacts: Numbers only! No words. Number of people you reached through your project. Use estimates if you don't know exact number.

    *The only activities that count for volunteer hours are those where you are officially representing UNHCE as a Master Gardener. You must obtain approval from a UNHCE staff person usually in your county for all projects before you start.

You may group your projects together in one report. Enter the months your projects covered in the date section. For example: June-August 2013. Plac your total hours and contacts in the appropriate boxes.
