Community Capacity Assessment Survey
Introduction
The web-based community capacity assessment survey helps civic leaders from New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont cities and towns measure their capacity for maintaining the following community attributes:
Cultural and Historic Heritage
Health and Well Being
Economic Opportunity
Sustainable Environment
Community Services and Infrastructure
Social Networks and Civic Engagement
Survey Results
After completing each of the six survey sections, the survey community respondent(s) will receive a score that provides a rough indicator of the community's capacity to address issues pertaining to that particular topic. In addition, the community's strengths and opportunities will be summarized based on the survey responses and a directory of Extension resources will be provided.
